Schedule:

10:30-11:30 a.m.: Part 1 of Ethics & Fiduciary Duties 2017 (1 CECs)
Dave Beaty, CLU, ChFC, President, Heartland Financial Services, NAIFA-Cedar Valley 
This classroom course offers 3 hour of Ethics credit with discussion of Fiduciary Standards, Conflicts of Interest, Identifying Fraud, and Identifying Senior Abuse using Suitability.
This course goes beyond the typical ethics course by using ethics to address some of the typical issues advisors face daily in their practice.  The first step in ethical conduct is being able to identify a situation that could become a problem for the client and proceed through the steps that will lead to a positive and ethical conclusion.

11:30-1 p.m.: Lunch/Meeting

1-3 p.m.: Parts 2 & 3 of Ethics & Fiduciary Duties 2017 (2 CECs)

Must attend all three hours to receive credit.

NAIFA Members: $7 per credit
Nonmember: $10.50 per credit
