Registration Information & Policies

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: A badge is required for all events. Complete a separate registration form if you are registering after February 20, 2019, DO NOT mail or fax your form. Instead, bring the completed form, with payment for the appropriate onsite registration fees, to the convention and register on site.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION: Full conference registrations include all sessions and activities including breakouts, keynote speakers, lunches, morning and afternoon breaks, Wednesday’s exhibitor reception (cash bar) and Thursday’s breakfast. Guest packages include the exhibitor reception and lunch.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellation requests must be made in writing via mail or fax to the NAIFA-Iowa state office. Requests made by phone or email will not be accepted. Cancellations received by January 28 will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received between January 28 and February 20 will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 20. Please include the name and email address of the registrant. Cancellations may be emailed to info@naifaiowa.org or faxed to 703-342-0386. 

SUBSTITUTIONS/TRANSFERS: Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no cost provided the request is received by February 20. After February 20, a $25 substitution fee will apply. If the original registrant paid member rates, then the person to whom the registration is being transferred must be a member or additional non-member fees will apply. No credit will be given for transferring a registration from a non-member to a member. Substitution requests must be submitted by the original registrant and include the name and contact information (including email address) of the substitute. Substitution requests will be accepted via email at info@naifaiowa.org or by fax: 703-342-0386.
