Using Annual Review Planning to Solidify Client Relationships

Annual Review Planning has been used by Keith Gillies, CFP, CLU, ChFC and his company since 2005, and the results are impressive. His first time implementing the program, it resulted in 123 appointments, 44 new transactions, and over $122,000 of revenue in less than 60 days.

    The number of Americans who live to age 100 or greater increased 43 percent between 2000 and 2010 according to the Wall Street Journal. Those aging baby boomers are facing bigger challenges with the increased longevity and are facing issues with helping kids, grandkids and their parents financially.

    Most are not doing the calculations to find out they haven't saved enough because they fear the number will be more than they can save in their remaining work life. It is projected that even 13 percent of the wealthiest retirees will run out of savings 20 years after retiring.
